8	Temporary Closure of Colne Library from Saturday 29 th August 2009 due to The Big Lottery Project refurbishment Trawden Library will be extending its opening hours with effect from Tuesday 1 st September 2009 for approximately 16 weeks the library will be open as follows – Monday 10 – 12.30pm 1.30pm – 5pm Tuesday 1.30 – 4.30pm 5pm-7pm Wednesday 10 – 12.30pm 1.30pm – 5pm Thursday 10 – 12.30pm 1.30pm – 5pm Friday 1.30 – 4.30pm 5pm-7pm Saturday 10am – 12noon For further information contact Christine Bradley Assistant Librarian Colne Library 01282 871155
7	Friends of Harambee have set up a Friendship Group. We are starting to do the walks again the first being this Sunday 1st March meeting at Barrowford Heritage Centre at 1 p.m. We intend to do a walk the 1st Sunday of each Month and notices are in the Doctors surgery, the Post Office, the Library and the Rock Cafe.
