Flood Line Warning Service:- is being set up by the Environment Agency in March. This service will allow households to register for free flood warnings and provide advice on how to protect homes from flooding.

is looking for information relating to the Callaghan family. In 1955 Mr John & Mrs Edith Callaghan were living at 9 Chapel Street, with their 24-year old daughter Winnifred, who was a Registered Nurse and Midwife who worked at a Maternity Hospital on Colne Road, Burnley.

From Sunday 30th October 2010, Cottontree Methodist Church will be holding their regular Sunday Morning Services at Trawden Community Centre from 10.30. All welcome. The first service will be led by Rev. Chris Fee.
